June 20, 2017 - Important New Law Relating to Estoppel Certificates

A summary of a new law relating to Estoppel Certificates which should be reviewed by the Board of Directors without delay. As the law became effective July 1, 2017, it is important that the Board be familiar with its terms.

In accordance with this new law, please be advised that Rabin Parker, P.A. will adjust its fee in connection with preparation of Estoppel Certificates effective July 1, 2017.
